This was our first visit to Mugs, will definitely be repeat customers! Food was delicious ( Mugs burger with the Works, and triple Decker BLT), ample portions, reasonably priced. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.
What is there to say about Muggs restaurant in Jefferson, Ohio. I am originally from the Jefferson area. And still remember when the Donut Shop opened. This little Restaurant is definitely a throwback to the 70s Good atmosphere, Good Food and Good God. Everytime I eat here it's tough to decide what to order all the food is good. And yes the pancakes are BIG and should only be sold and eaten in Texas. It's nice to see all the Locals eat here I have even seen some Browns Players in the Area. If you want hometown food stop in. And sometimes there is a wait but totally worth it.
This is THE go-to place for lunch in Jefferson, 7 days a week. If you need some good lunch at a reasonable price, call up for take out or sit down and chat with the friendly folks at Mugs to get a great plate of food. I recommend the Western Burger or the Reuben.
We love going to Mugs for breakfast and have done so for years! Dana is our favorite waitress! See our creative tip! She is humorous and puts up with my husband’s shenanigans- strawberry jelly and all! The food and portions can’t be beat in our county- great small town atmosphere.
Great service and awesome food. You get your money's worth here. Those cajun fries were better than Five Guys fries.
We stopped in for a late breakfast and we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was excellent! The food was delicious, the servers were pleasant and personable, and the restaurant was bright, cheerful, and clean. Prices were very reasonable too. We had such a good meal that we drove back to Jefferson the next day for lunch! Highly recommended!!
